Thai Hom Mali Jasmine Rice
ข้าวหอมมะลิ
The flagship of the house. Hom Mali — Thailand's celebrated jasmine rice — with its natural pandan-like fragrance, soft yielding texture and slender, pearl-white grain.
Product of Thailand — milled and packed at origin.
The Story
Hom Mali means “fragrant jasmine” — named not for its flavour but for the colour of its grain, as white as the jasmine flower. It is grown once a year, in the rain-fed fields of Thailand's northeast, where cool, dry air at harvest concentrates its perfume into every grain.
Siamora selects only 100% pure Thai Hom Mali of premium grade, milled and packed at origin to preserve the aromatic compounds that make this rice unlike any other. Steamed simply, it needs nothing else — the fragrance rising from the pot is the first course.

The Ritual
How we cook it.
1 cup rice · 1¼ cups water
- 01
Rinse one cup of rice gently in clean water two to three times.
- 02
Add 1¼ cups of water, bring to a boil, then cover and cook on low heat for 12–15 minutes.
- 03
Turn off the heat and let it rest, covered, for 10 minutes. Fluff gently before serving.
Less water than most rice — Hom Mali is prized soft and just-clinging, never wet.
