SIAMORA — สยามอรา

From farm to table,
nothing left to chance.

Six stages stand between the field and your kitchen. Here is what happens at each one — and what we refuse to compromise along the way.

  1. Stage 01

    Careful sourcing

Everything begins with where — and with whom. We source close to the field, working with growers and millers whose standards were high long before we arrived. Variety, season and handling are decided on quality alone.

Single varieties · trusted growing partners · season-led buying

  2. Stage 02

    Quality selection

Each lot is graded, inspected and — most importantly — cooked. Grain length, wholeness, moisture and aroma are measured; the steam test decides. If a lot does not announce itself from the pot, it does not carry the name.

Lot-by-lot grading · cook testing · aroma benchmarks

  3. Stage 03

    Premium processing

Milling is where fragrance is protected or lost. Our rice is milled gently and rested properly, then packed promptly in protective materials that guard the volatile aromatics — the difference you smell when the lid comes off.

Gentle milling · prompt packing · aroma-protective materials

  4. Stage 04

    International standards

Food safety is unglamorous and non-negotiable. Every batch moves with full documentation and traceability, meeting FSSAI requirements and the international quality systems our export partners certify to.

FSSAI licensed · batch traceability · certified quality systems

  5. Stage 05

    Considered distribution

League Foods India moves Siamora through a cold-chain-disciplined, humidity-aware network — from port to warehouse to shelf — so the pack you open is as fresh as the one we sealed.

    Climate-aware storage · modern trade & e-commerce · retail partners

  6. Stage 06

    The modern kitchen

The journey ends where it matters: a pot, a lid, a patient ten minutes. Clear cooking guidance on every pack — in the kitchen, the last mile is yours, and we make it easy to walk.

Clear ratios · honest labelling · chef-tested guidance

The Only Rule

At every stage we ask one question: would a chef accept this? When the answer hesitates, the lot doesn’t ship.
